Trucha RGV

Trucha RGV is a harm reduction and sexual health organization serving LGBTQ+ Latinx communities in the Rio Grande Valley. Through peer-led outreach, sexual health education, HIV prevention and care navigation, and community support programs, Trucha RGV meets queer and trans South Texans where they are — offering non-judgmental, culturally competent services in a bilingual border region. The organization fills critical gaps in healthcare access and community support for LGBTQ+ people along the Texas-Mexico border.
